Week 1: Move Naturally Steps Challenge

The world’s longest-living, happiest people tend to move their bodies more naturally and consistently, like walking to the store or parking further away from their destination. Add more natural movement into your daily routine by taking the Step Challenge.

  • Track 10,000 steps for 7 days
